Visual Scheduling

Scheduling for today is an immediate need but reporting and analysis are strategic opportunities for the future of a healthy business.

Here’s How Visual Scheduling Works

Management and employees work together to cover absenteeism and minimize the impact on the customer. Follow these steps:

  1. What shifts do you need to fill? Count your shifts, figure out where the employees are needed, and the certifications and skills for each job.
  2. Identify employees and their work preferences. Note employees with skills that are suitable for certain shifts. Program their shift preferences into Visual Scheduling. Never have to rely on your memory to know that an employee is only available on nights and weekends. Let employees self schedule. Give employees the autonomy to schedule themselves and the transparency to see open shifts. They can pick up or drop shifts as they need.
  3. Likewise, management can efficiently alert employees when there is a no call, no show.
  4. Analyze the past to plan for the future
