Danielle’s leadership role encompasses all aspects of NTS’s technology team, including product support and technical implementation. With over 35 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, focusing on innovative solutions for her clients.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys gardening, landscape painting and adding books to her ever-expanding library.

As accounting and office manager, Lisa keeps the ship sailing smoothly – often while juggling 3 tasks simultaneously. She balances daily operations and financial tasks, ensuring everything from invoicing to ordering are on point.

Lisa has a passion for Philadelphia sports teams (Go Birds!), enjoys exploring new places and loves spending time reading.

Jennifer Hutjer

Jen is responsible for the company’s sales initiatives, focusing on driving growth and building long-lasting client and partner relationships. Her role involves understanding client needs and fostering customer trust and loyalty.

In addition to scouting new Philly restaurants, Jen loves spoiling her cats (Halee & Lena) and trying to improve her 12-minute mile (running).

Ira, a US Air Force veteran, joined NTS over 35 years ago. His expertise includes system parameterization, setup, and custom benefit accrual programming, bringing a tailored approach to system configuration.

Ira embraces any type of fitness, including martial arts, yoga and dance and enjoys playing djembe/bongos. During his downtime, he finds relaxation through camping, music festivals and nature.

Since joining NTS is 2009, Bob has leveraged his .NET programming skills to design and implement HCM interfaces. His technical knowledge enables him to create custom integrations that improve data flow and system efficiency.

Bob is a hug fan of Philadelphia sports teams and enjoys bike riding. He and his wife, Debbie, are also cherishing every moment with their first grandchild, Alexa Rose.

John, with over 20 years of service in the US Air Force and an associate’s degree, has been a dedicated team member at NTS since 2002. His expertise with time clocks ensures seamless operations and dependable support for our clients.

When not working, John enjoys reading as well as volunteering at his local historical society.

Carl, a retired US Navy veteran, has dedicated over 20 years to NTS in technical support. Known for his reliability and excellent communication, he is a trusted resource for clients needing assistance with software issues.

Carl is an avid outdoorsman and hiking enthusiast. He is also Scoutmaster and actively involved with his local church.
